Sport Three Sixty Academy is seeking a Customer Service Sales Specialist to join their Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role is focused on driving membership growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall experience at their premier facility, Central Padel Dubai. The ideal candidate will be energetic, engaging, and passionate about sports, wellness, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive daily court and coaching bookings with accuracy and enthusiasm.

• Convert potential leads into long-term memberships through consultative sales.

• Build rapport with individual and corporate clients, nurturing leads into club advocates.

• Act as a brand ambassador by conducting guided club tours and showcasing premium services.

• Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, social channels, and community outreach.

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person with professionalism.

• Understand client fitness goals and recommend personalized programs, memberships, or services.

• Maintain CRM systems with updated lead, member data, follow-ups, and conversion notes.

• Collaborate with reception, coaching, and wellness teams to ensure seamless member experiences.

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to improve sales and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in sports or wellness sectors.

• Ability to engage with diverse clients and maintain professional relationships.

• Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for fitness and wellness.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and general office software.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
