Role Overview:
Emirates is seeking Customer Service professionals to join its dynamic team across multiple departments—Emirates Airport Services, dnata, Marhaba Services, and the Contact Centre. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training in systems and customer service before being allocated to their respective divisions. These roles offer the opportunity to interact with global travelers, provide top-tier service, and contribute to Emirates’ world-renowned hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer-Facing Roles:

Airport Services Agent (EK/dnata) & Marhaba Services Agent

Deliver exceptional customer service during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

Ensure passengers experience a smooth, seamless, and enjoyable journey.

Provide special assistance to VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.

2. Back-Office Role:
-
Contact Centre Agent
-
Serve as the voice of Emirates, assisting customers via voice, chat, and social media channels.

Provide accurate information on products, services, and travel policies.
-
Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Identify sales opportunities during interactions to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or A levels (minimum education requirement).
-
Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Comfortable working in a shift-based environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Willingness to wear a uniform for front-line roles.
Additional for Contact Centre Role:

Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, French, German, Italian, Czech, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese.
