PPG is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Turkish Speaker to provide exceptional service to customers in Dubai. This on-site, full-time role involves managing daily customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams, supporting order and delivery processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone.

Manage order entry, monitoring, and daily follow-ups with customers.

Communicate and coordinate between sales reps, customers, supply, and factory teams.

Handle invoice processing, issue credit/debit notes, and resolve non-technical complaints.

Coordinate the delivery process with warehouses, transport companies, and other PPG entities.

Monitor stock situations and liaise with supply and factory teams.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Turkish native speaker with fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or supply chain role.

Knowledge of SAP system is an asset.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to work in an international, cross-cultural environment.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
