Masar Al Ameen Real Estate LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day operations and provide excellent service to clients. The role involves handling financial transactions, coordinating with management, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The position is ideal for professionals experienced in real estate or property management seeking career growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts and financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.

Oversee cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and track company expenses and commissions.

Process WPS payroll and ensure timely salary transfers per UAE labor laws.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and timely VAT filing/reporting.

Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with management.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.

Support management with financial insights to assist decision-making.
Requirements / Skills:

Proven experience as an Accountant or Customer Service Representative in a real estate brokerage or property management firm in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, WPS, and RERA compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-
UAE work experience required.
