AMS International UAE is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Family Book to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing inbound calls and emails, handling customer complaints, scheduling orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, professional, and able to deliver a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and in a friendly manner.

  • Schedule orders according to customer requests.

  • Handle escalations and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.

  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering exceptional call experiences.

Emails

  • Respond to customer emails within a 24-hour SLA.

  • Escalate complaints where necessary.

  • Address customer needs with personalized communication and service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or call handling preferred.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with professionalism.

Job Details:

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

  • Working Days: 5 days from office

  • Working Hours: 6 hours per day (5 active work hours + 1-hour lunch break)

  • Salary: AED 5,000 (without NAFIS)

  • Job Type: Full-time, On-site
