Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls in our call center. The ideal candidate will be proactive, clear in communication, and efficient in providing exceptional service to customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage formal calls, providing accurate and concise information promptly.

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify any issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.

  • Keep customers engaged by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products.

  • Build long-term relationships through positive and informative telephonic discussions.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer conversations in the call center database.

  • Ensure a delightful customer experience by managing call time efficiently and avoiding delays.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling the responsibilities of a call center agent or associate.

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities, noting important details while managing active customer calls.

  • Proficient in basic computer skills and call center software.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Eagerness to innovate and improve work performance based on constructive feedback.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Residing in the United Arab Emirates.
