Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, where you will be responsible for understanding consumer demand and providing timely service and solutions. The ideal candidate will utilize various tools and software to inform customers about ongoing projects, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining a customer database, working closely with management, and staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer the best service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand consumer demand and provide timely service and solutions based on customer needs.

  • Use relevant tools and software to inform customers about ongoing projects and provide updates on company information.

  • Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure successful resolution.

  • Compile and maintain detailed customer data in a segregated database, documenting every interaction for future reference.

  • Work closely with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies.

  • Understand customer requirements and work to identify and resolve any shortcomings or flaws in the company’s products.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience, ideally in a service-driven industry.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools to enhance customer service.

  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related applications.
