Sharaf DG is hiring Customer Service Representatives to promote and sell Etisalat plans and products, including postpaid and prepaid services, electronics, and accessories. This role involves interacting with diverse customer groups including businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati clients.
Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Etisalat plans and electronic devices with tailored solutions.

Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue.

Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and complaints effectively.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.

Build and maintain customer relationships through open communication.

Keep records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback.

Follow company policies, procedures, and communication protocols.

Stay updated with product knowledge to handle customer inquiries confidently.

Provide feedback to improve the customer service process.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales, Customer Service, or Front Desk roles.

Education: Graduate (preferred).

Certifications: Customer service certification (preferred).
