Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to join our call center team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the company—ensuring each interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with our service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls promptly, providing clear, accurate, and relevant information to customers.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify issues, research solutions, and offer effective resolutions or alternatives.

  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of the company’s products and services to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by going the extra mile during every interaction.

  • Record and manage detailed call logs using the company’s CRM and call center database systems.

  • Ensure a smooth and time-efficient customer experience while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a call center or BPO environment.

  • Proficient in handling call systems, multi-line phone setups, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with call tracking software.

  • Ability to explain products clearly and convincingly to different customer profiles.

  • Open to learning, adapting, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

  • Flexible, dependable, and enthusiastic about customer engagement.
