KILONEWTONS, a leading engineering and construction firm based in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of experience. This full-time, on-site role requires a proactive individual who can manage client communication, resolve queries, and ensure exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies

Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Maintain detailed records using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)

Work closely with internal teams including sales, technical, and logistics

Process customer orders, returns, and refunds
-
Gather and relay feedback to improve overall service
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in UAE/GCC)

Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving ability and professionalism under pressure

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Familiarity with UAE business culture and etiquette
