Customer Service Representative
Sharaf DG Dubai , UAE

Sharaf DG, a leading name in electronics and consumer retail, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering exceptional service to clients while promoting and selling Etisalat business plans to a diverse customer base including businesses, institutions, and government entities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a call center or customer care environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve concerns professionally. This role involves maintaining a strong relationship with customers, upselling services, and ensuring a smooth and supportive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Etisalat business plans to various customer segments

  • Provide clear, detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing

  • Identify revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication

  • Record and maintain customer data, transactions, and feedback

  • Recognize and report trends or recurring customer concerns

  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Front Desk roles

  • Experience in outdoor or B2B sales is an advantage

  • Certification in customer service (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

  • Proficiency in handling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, Business On)

  • Computer literacy and CRM familiarity

  • Strong listening, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
