Sharaf DG, a leading name in electronics and consumer retail, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering exceptional service to clients while promoting and selling Etisalat business plans to a diverse customer base including businesses, institutions, and government entities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a call center or customer care environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve concerns professionally. This role involves maintaining a strong relationship with customers, upselling services, and ensuring a smooth and supportive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Etisalat business plans to various customer segments

Provide clear, detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing

Identify revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling

Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions
-
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
-
Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication
-
Record and maintain customer data, transactions, and feedback
-
Recognize and report trends or recurring customer concerns
-
Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
-
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
Requirements:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Front Desk roles

Experience in outdoor or B2B sales is an advantage
-
Certification in customer service (preferred)
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in handling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, Business On)

Computer literacy and CRM familiarity

Strong listening, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
