Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and product information to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently as per the scheduled timetable.

  • Analyze customer needs and provide the most suitable product or service solutions.

  • Keep customers engaged and informed about product features, driving interest through persuasive communication.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through professional and courteous telephonic interactions.

  • Maintain accurate call logs and client interaction records using the company’s digital or cloud database.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by minimizing wait times and delivering engaging, helpful conversations.

Skills Required:

  • Experience working in a call center, BPO, or customer service role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage clients and deliver accurate information.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and efficiently manage daily responsibilities.

  • Proficient in using modern communication tools and CRM software for routine processes.

  • Strong persuasion skills and a knack for maintaining customer interest.
