Element Materials Technology is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage client inquiries, provide quotations, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups via phone and email.
✅ Identify new sales opportunities and support business growth.
✅ Maintain customer relationships and act as a liaison between clients and the company.
✅ Manage quotations, invoices, and order processing efficiently.
✅ Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and complaints.
✅ Utilize CRM tools to record activities and ensure accurate customer data.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (quoting experience preferred).
✔ Degree in Chemistry or Metallurgy is required.
✔ Strong ability to interpret customer quotes, contracts, and testing specifications.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, CRM tools).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
