Job Title: Customer Service & Payment Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service & Payment Operations Specialist to handle customer inquiries, manage payment processing, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. This role requires strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-first mindset to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Payment Processing & Technical Support – Test and verify payment channels, troubleshoot callback issues, and ensure smooth transaction processing.

📌 Order Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Identify and respond to WG order abnormalities, collaborate with operations teams, and report financial discrepancies.

📌 Customer Service & Account Support – Address customer complaints and inquiries via XP718, UP786, LiveChatInc, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

📌 Account Management – Assist customers by resetting passwords, manually adjusting scores, and verifying transaction records.

📌 Order Verification & Reconciliation – Monitor and replenish orders across platforms (101F, 101U, 77, 99, XP786, Jeetup, Killi), ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

📌 Channel Stability & Performance Optimization – Continuously adjust and stabilize payment channels for enhanced operational efficiency.

📌 Escalation & Issue Resolution – Coordinate with relevant teams to quickly resolve technical, financial, and customer-related concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education – College degree or above (exceptional candidates may be considered without).
Experience – Customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
Language Skills – Proficiency in English or Chinese.
Technical Skills – Strong computer proficiency, experience with customer service systems, office software, and payment platforms.
Communication & Problem-Solving – Ability to effectively engage customers, resolve inquiries, and provide timely solutions.
Service Mindset – Patient, responsible, and customer-focused, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Adaptability & Teamwork – Strong ability to work under pressure, manage unexpected challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary Range: 6,000 AED – 8,500 AED + performance-based commission
