Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join VOX Cinemas in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service and creating a memorable cinema experience for all guests. The role requires a friendly, professional attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment.

• Assist customers with ticket purchases, seat selections, and promotions at counters and digital kiosks.

• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Provide information on movie schedules, cinema services, loyalty programs, and promotions.

• Upsell tickets, combo deals, and retail items to maximize revenue.

• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable box office, lobby, and service counters.

• Monitor customer flow and provide assistance to minimize queues and delays.

• Coordinate with cinema operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, refunds, and reports.

• Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene, health, safety, and data security.

• Support colleagues during peak times, special events, and promotions.

• Uphold VOX Cinemas and Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment service standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B or hospitality; cinema or restaurant experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
