Tiger Group, one of the leading real estate and construction companies in the UAE, is seeking a Customer Service Officer / Administration Assistant (Arabic Speaker – Female) to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the handover process of completed residential and commercial units, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience from start to finish.
Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule handover appointments with clients and internal departments.

Prepare all required handover materials, including documentation, keys, access cards, and welcome kits.

Conduct pre-handover inspections to confirm unit readiness and cleanliness.

Escort clients during handover sessions, explain property features, and resolve immediate queries.

Collect and organize signed documents for proper recordkeeping.

Liaise with maintenance and snagging teams for any post-handover issues.

Maintain accurate handover data and produce daily or weekly reports.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the company’s professional image.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalate concerns when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or handover coordination, preferably within the real estate or facilities management sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is required.

Presentable, customer-focused, and professional demeanor.

Flexible with working hours and available for on-site handover sessions.
