Customer Service Executive – Mandarin Speaker

A leading company in Dubai is looking for a fluent Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Chinese (Mandarin) and English

Handle and resolve customer complaints with diplomacy and efficiency

Provide detailed product and service information

Assess customer needs to deliver excellent service and satisfaction

Maintain and update customer records accurately in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Follow up on customer queries to ensure timely resolution

Translate communications and documentation when required
Candidate Profile:

Nationality: Chinese
-
Language: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory

Education: Minimum Secondary School (Academic / General)

Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service or client support role

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
