Job Summary:
We are hiring passionate and service-oriented Customer Service Executives to join a growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and supporting overall brand loyalty through exceptional communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Handle and resolve complaints efficiently with empathy and professionalism.

Document customer feedback, queries, and transactions for quality assurance and service improvement.

Educate customers about company products, services, and usage tips to enhance their experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to find timely and customer-focused solutions.

Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Manage escalations tactfully and deliver positive outcomes under pressure.

Stay informed about products, promotions, and service updates to offer accurate support.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).

1–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dynamic retail or service environment.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, patient, and problem-solving attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently in high-pressure situations.

Prior experience handling CRM systems and customer databases is a plus.
