Job Summary:

We are hiring passionate and service-oriented Customer Service Executives to join a growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and supporting overall brand loyalty through exceptional communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

  • Handle and resolve complaints efficiently with empathy and professionalism.

  • Document customer feedback, queries, and transactions for quality assurance and service improvement.

  • Educate customers about company products, services, and usage tips to enhance their experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to find timely and customer-focused solutions.

  • Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage escalations tactfully and deliver positive outcomes under pressure.

  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and service updates to offer accurate support.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dynamic retail or service environment.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, patient, and problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently in high-pressure situations.

  • Prior experience handling CRM systems and customer databases is a plus.

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term client relationships.
