Job Title: Customer Service & Documentation Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Documentation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the clearing and forwarding industry. This role is crucial in managing import/export documentation and ensuring smooth communication between clients, shipping lines, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documentation including HBL, MBL, invoices, and packing lists

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment updates, queries, and service-related concerns

Coordinate with shipping lines, transport companies, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate clearance of goods

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all shipments, client correspondence, and documentation

Handle phone calls and emails from clients professionally and efficiently

Assist the operations team with follow-ups and documentation support when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in clearing & forwarding, shipping, or logistics is an advantage

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email correspondence

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

High attention to detail and a customer-centric approach

Sound knowledge of preparing HBL and MBL documentation
