Job Title: Customer Service & Documentation Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Documentation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the clearing and forwarding industry. This role is crucial in managing import/export documentation and ensuring smooth communication between clients, shipping lines, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documentation including HBL, MBL, invoices, and packing lists

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment updates, queries, and service-related concerns

  • Coordinate with shipping lines, transport companies, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate clearance of goods

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all shipments, client correspondence, and documentation

  • Handle phone calls and emails from clients professionally and efficiently

  • Assist the operations team with follow-ups and documentation support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in clearing & forwarding, shipping, or logistics is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email correspondence

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a customer-centric approach

  • Sound knowledge of preparing HBL and MBL documentation
