You’ll ensure every customer interaction is pleasant, professional, and aligned with the company’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and attend to formal calls, delivering precise information promptly

  • Understand and assess customer requirements to provide tailored solutions

  • Promote product features and utility effectively over the phone

  • Establish strong connections with customers through clear and engaging communication

  • Log call details and customer interactions accurately in digital/cloud databases

  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone while minimizing customer hold or wait time

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a call center agent or customer support associate

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently

  • Strong command of computer applications and call logging technologies

  • Persuasive communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
