Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 9,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our growing support team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center or customer-facing role and will be responsible for handling inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media channels. This position plays a key role in resolving customer issues, processing transactions, and delivering a superior service experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions to ensure satisfaction

  • Handle customer requests such as orders, refunds, returns, and general inquiries

  • Maintain up-to-date and detailed logs in CRM or helpdesk systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams like sales, operations, or tech for issue resolution

  • Follow established communication and escalation protocols

  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements

  • Uphold a positive and professional tone in every customer interaction


Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (call center, retail, helpdesk)

  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

  • Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused in high-pressure situations

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and MS Office

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
