We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Emirati Customer Service Associate to join a leading immersive entertainment company in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role is tailored for UAE nationals with a Family Book, offering a chance to grow within the hospitality, tourism, and entertainment sectors.
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and reservations across multiple platforms. Your goal will be to ensure excellent customer experiences and foster lasting relationships that reflect the company’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and feedback via phone, email, and social media.

Take ownership of customer issues, follow up thoroughly, and ensure resolution to guarantee satisfaction.

Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance customer loyalty and drive favorable reviews.

Make reservations for B2B/B2C customers based on individual requests via phone or email.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery is smooth and efficient.
