Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative to act as the first point of contact for clients seeking babysitting, nanny, and housekeeping services. This role combines customer support with telesales, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions through phone and chatbot channels.

The ideal candidate will deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting service bookings, scheduling, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and chatbot, providing professional and timely support

  • Handle customer inquiries related to babysitting, nanny, and housekeeping services with accuracy and care

  • Promote and sell services using effective tele-sales and upselling techniques

  • Manage online calendars, bookings, and client scheduling efficiently

  • Resolve customer complaints and service concerns with empathy and a solution-driven approach

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM systems

  • Consistently achieve or exceed service quality standards and sales targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele Sales, BPO, or Call Centre roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first and sales-driven mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony tools, and online scheduling platforms

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in service-based industries (home services, childcare, hospitality, or similar)

  • Ability to manage high call and chat volumes while maintaining service quality

  • Proven sales orientation with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
