Job Overview:
Ignite Search & Selection is currently hiring an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Agent to manage and resolve customer complaints across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate challenging customer interactions while ensuring resolutions align with company policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer complaints via phone, email, social media, and chat platforms.

Investigate each case thoroughly, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.

Record all interactions, outcomes, and case notes accurately within the CRM system.

Follow complaint-handling protocols in line with regulatory and internal standards.

Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate senior personnel.

Provide insights and trend reports to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Consistently deliver high-quality service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in customer service or complaints management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
