Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor fluent in English and Arabic or Hindi to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is focused on delivering outstanding customer service in the ticketing and reservation sector of the travel industry. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with enquiries, and provide efficient and courteous solutions, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, prospects, and non-customers while adhering to quality and performance standards.

• Provide accurate, polite, and timely responses to customer enquiries, redirecting as necessary.

• Identify customer issues and offer effective solutions.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product, service, and procedural changes.

• Participate in outbound calling campaigns and special projects as needed.

• Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle assigned tasks and projects at the management’s request.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in airlines or travel industry customer service.

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English (B2 level or above) and Arabic or Hindi.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proficient in PC use, especially Microsoft Excel formulas.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive, cheerful personality with excellent telephone etiquette.

• Patient, empathetic, and courteous approach.

• Presentable with a proactive and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive, and results-driven environment.

• Open to working 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week on a rotational schedule.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
