Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to handle real estate customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and identifying upselling opportunities within a fast-paced contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and other communication channels (email/chat/social) to resolve real estate-related inquiries.

Deliver polite, complete, and accurate information while ensuring high call quality.

Identify customer issues and offer appropriate solutions.

Cross-sell and up-sell services when relevant.

Participate in outbound calls and special projects as needed.

Maintain accurate and efficient transaction processing.

Stay up to date with product and service changes through continuous learning.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience (real estate experience preferred).

Fluent in English (B2 level or above).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (especially formulas).

Graduate in any field preferred; experience can substitute education.

Friendly and approachable personality, with good phone etiquette.
