About the Job:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver exceptional customer support through inbound/outbound calls and internet interactions, primarily for healthcare-related services. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer queries courteously and professionally, following established procedures.

• Clarify customer needs and offer effective solutions using available resources.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.

• Accurately document customer interactions and account information.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; hospital, medical, or insurance sector experience preferred.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and build rapport.

• Detail-oriented with dependable multitasking capabilities.

• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a dynamic, high-paced environment.

• Willingness to work on rotating shifts if required.
