Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor with a medical background and strong bilingual skills (Arabic/English) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will support customers through inbound/outbound calls or online channels, ensuring excellent service and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver service excellence and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Handle customer inquiries, identify needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Listen attentively, empathize, and build rapport with customers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.

• Prepare complete, accurate documentation and notate accounts appropriately.

• Contribute to customer satisfaction and business performance initiatives.

• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.

• Accurately track, document, and retrieve information using call tracking systems.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma required; three to six months of relevant experience preferred.

• Background in Hospital/Medical/Insurance industries is a strong advantage.

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in Arabic and English.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Flexible with shift rotations when needed.

Qualifications:

• Medical background is highly desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex queries independently.

• Patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
