Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Abu Dhabi for a medical, hospital, or insurance industry role. The position requires handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and resolving routine service inquiries. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
✅ Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and resolve queries effectively.
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with empathy and rapport-building.
✅ Maintain accurate account records and call tracking documentation.
✅ Provide information on client products and services.
✅ Offer additional services or products based on customer needs.
✅ Participate in customer satisfaction and business performance improvement activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
🔹 Education & Experience:
- High school diploma (minimum) required.
- 3-6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Medical, hospital, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
🔹 Skills & Qualities:
- Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic & English.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in high-paced, repetitive environments with professionalism.
- Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed.
