As a Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls or internet channels to provide support and resolve routine issues related to clients’ products or services. This role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, a background in medical, hospital, or insurance sectors, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs.

Understand and clarify customer needs using decision-support tools.

Show empathy and build rapport with customers through courteous and professional communication.

Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
-
Accurately document customer interactions and update call tracking databases.

Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.

Offer additional products or services when appropriate.

Refer customer inquiries to published materials or senior staff as needed.
Candidate Profile:

High school diploma preferred; 3 to 6 months relevant experience desirable.

Experience in hospital, medical, or insurance industries is a plus.

Strong computer and PC navigation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multi-task efficiently.

Patience and professionalism in customer interactions.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
