Concentrix UAE is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is bilingual in English and French to provide high-quality telephone customer service to existing and potential customers. This role involves answering inquiries, solving problems, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers, prospects, and non-customers, ensuring high standards of service.

Provide accurate and complete information to customer inquiries.

Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Offer solutions to customer problems and participate in outbound calling programs.

Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and procedures.

Perform accurate and efficient customer transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of call center/customer service experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

Bilingual in English (B2 Level+) and French.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Competent in MS Excel.
-
Graduate preferred (any stream).

Cheerful, empathetic, patient, and professional approach.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment.
