Concentrix is seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisor for their Online Fashion sector. This remote full-time position involves providing customer service support via calls, chats, and emails. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the Luxury Retail or Hospitality industry, a passion for luxury, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails.

Ensure service meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Listen attentively to customer inquiries, clarify requirements, and resolve issues efficiently.

Identify problems and provide appropriate solutions.
-
Maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling.
-
Stay updated on product/service developments to provide accurate information.
Candidate Profile:
-
Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-
Previous experience in Luxury Retail/Hospitality is a plus.

Graduate in any stream, or equivalent experience.
-
Strong telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
-
Able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, in all shifts.

Can join immediately (within 1-2 weeks).
