Key Responsibilities:

Clearly explain technical issues and repair details to customers in a friendly and understandable way.

Educate customers on available warranties, cost-saving packages, and extended protection plans.

Help customers make informed choices, whether it involves proceeding with repairs or considering a vehicle trade-in.

Oversee daily operations of the service center, including appointment scheduling, workflow coordination, and customer follow-ups.

Provide regular updates on service progress and promptly inform customers when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
