We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join a leading entertainment company in Dubai. This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals with a Family Book and offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the voice of the brand, handling customer inquiries, feedback, and reservations across multiple platforms. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience and building long-lasting relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and feedback via email, phone, and social media channels.

Take ownership of customer concerns to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

Make reservations for B2B and B2C clients based on specific requirements via phone or email.

Foster positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and drive positive online engagement.
Qualifications:

Open to UAE Nationals with Family Book only.

Preferably with experience in hotels, travel & tourism, restaurants, or theme park ticketing.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
