Job Description:
As a Customer Response Representative, your primary role is to ensure strict adherence to client program specifications and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting minor vehicle issues, and coordinating necessary services for roadside emergencies. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, service providers, and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and effective customer support to clients requiring roadside assistance.

Assess customer situations accurately and arrange for timely service coordination.

Resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot minor vehicle issues over the phone, offering guidance for simple resolutions.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, service providers, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Focus on maintaining positive, long-lasting relationships with customers and service providers.
Requirements:

Education: Completed education (high school diploma or equivalent).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or automotive customer service role or 3 years of premium customer service experience with an interest in automotive topics.

Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry, especially with luxury brands, and proficiency in CRM systems.

Languages: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
