EXEED UAE is hiring a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist for a Dubai-based dealership. This role involves conducting customer satisfaction surveys, managing lead tracking, and supporting aftersales service and marketing activities. The CRM Specialist will also handle customer complaints, monitor showroom compliance, and support data entry and reporting in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage lead tracking

Oversee the customer delivery process for a smooth experience

Support aftersales service tracking, including product and pricing management
-
Assist with marketing tasks, such as event support and social media content creation
-
Ensure accurate data entry and track lead activity in the CRM system
-
Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to resolve customer complaints
-
Maintain showroom compliance with corporate identity guidelines
-
Manage marketing collateral, PR/LPO support, and aftersales product and pricing calculator
Job Requirements:

Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership

Skilled in market research, data analysis, and CRM tools
-
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Strong team player who collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders
