Role Overview

The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service while driving new business opportunities. This role focuses on client relationship management, lead conversion, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints within the business center.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively build relationships with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into long-term customers

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through email, phone, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously enhance the overall customer experience

• Represent the business center with a polished, client-focused, and service-oriented approach

Requirements

• Open to European, American, CIS, Canadian, and Australian nationals aged 35 and below

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within a business center, corporate, or professional services environment

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building abilities

• Confident in handling client and management communications in a firm yet friendly manner
