SevenRooms is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to drive the configuration, implementation, and launch strategies for clients in the hospitality industry. This role is key in accelerating product adoption and ensuring long-term customer success, with an emphasis on customer-facing activities and project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success: Manage client onboarding, including project kick-off, training, configuration, and launch to accelerate product adoption.

Project Management: Oversee diverse implementation projects on schedule, including reservation systems, waitlist & table management, online ordering, and marketing automation.

Account Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm goals and tailor the configuration and communication to meet those goals.

Product Expertise: Help clients learn and optimize their use of the SevenRooms platform based on their unique business needs.

Collaboration: Work with Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives to support customers’ product adoption efforts.
Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in challenging, customer-facing roles, ideally in the SaaS or hospitality technology industry.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experienced in project management and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
