The Role
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Customer Logistics Manager to lead our customer service function and optimize supply chain collaboration with key strategic customers in the UAE. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales Operations and manage a team of 7 direct reports. This is a critical role for someone who is ready to build strong internal and external partnerships, streamline logistics processes, and ensure product availability.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the central link between Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Distribution, and key customers.

Lead and develop the Customer Service team to meet customer satisfaction KPIs.

Build deep relationships within customers’ logistics teams and drive joint supply chain initiatives.

Lead seasonal planning and availability initiatives to ensure optimal stock levels.

Analyze customer scorecards and develop improvement plans in collaboration with internal teams.

Implement customer service strategies aligned with Arla’s growth vision.

Regularly review and improve internal and external processes for customer logistics.

Serve as the Supply Chain subject matter expert across all sales teams (local, national, international).

Drive innovation and continuous improvement using data insights (Excel, Power BI).

Build and maintain joint business plans and facilitate regular customer performance reviews.
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
3+ years of proven performance in a commercial or customer logistics role, preferably in FMCG.

Experience as a Customer Logistics Manager or similar role is highly desirable.

Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; adept in Excel and Power BI.

Comfortable in high-pressure environments and can lead through ambiguity.

Culturally aware and capable of working in diverse, multi-national teams.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver results independently.
