Job Overview:

Guildhall is partnering with a leading real estate developer in Dubai to hire a Customer Happiness Custodian. This role is dedicated to delivering a premium customer experience, managing client interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Act as the primary customer liaison, providing prompt and professional support.
✔ Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
✔ Use Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) to enhance engagement and optimize customer interactions.
✔ Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer journey and experience.
✔ Analyze customer feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
✔ Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional, luxury-level service.

Candidate Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of experience in customer happiness, client relations, or customer service within a luxury or premium industry.
🔹 Strong problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills.
🔹 Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
🔹 Currently based in the UAE.
