Maids.cc, a prominent provider of premium cleaning and domestic services in the UAE, is seeking a Customer Happiness Consultant to join their dynamic front-line team. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai (Al Barsha) is open exclusively to Emirati female candidates, offering an engaging customer-facing role with competitive compensation and work-life balance.

As a Customer Happiness Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face and voice supporting client satisfaction—from managing inquiries and processing applications to ensuring service excellence and smooth communication with governmental systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and via phone
• Accurately enter and maintain client data in government portals
• Support service request processing and customer onboarding
• Address inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
• Follow internal procedures for documentation and customer updates

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Emirati nationality (UAE Nationals only)
• Female applicants only
• High school diploma or above
• Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English
• No prior experience required—fresh graduates welcome
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Details:

• Salary: AED 8,000/month (Nafis not included)
• Location: Dubai – Al Barsha
• Working Hours: 7 hours per day
• Working Days: 5 days per week
