Job Description:

We are seeking a courteous, detail-oriented, and service-driven Customer Happiness Consultant to join our team at a reputed TAWJEEH Center located in Al Nahda, Dubai. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals who are passionate about serving the community and ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, respectful, and rewarding.

As a Customer Happiness Consultant, your mission is to deliver top-quality government-related services, foster professional relationships with companies and PROs, and make sure each customer leaves feeling heard, helped, and happy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, efficient, and friendly customer service for government-related services

• Build professional, trustworthy relationships with clients, companies, and PROs

• Ensure smooth handling of documentation, queries, and approvals in line with government regulations

• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced service environment

• Strive for excellence in every customer interaction—making each experience meaningful and pleasant

Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National (applications from other nationalities will not be considered)

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree

• Strong typing accuracy in Arabic and English

• Entry-level candidates welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
