Key Responsibilities:

• Actively greet and engage with customers in-store and during events to generate leads.

• Create a strong pipeline through lead qualification and effective data capture.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.

• Promote and schedule test drives, offering insights into Tesla’s vehicle features and value.

• Organize and update lead information in CRM tools with accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport.
