Job Overview:
Justlife is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Partner to join their team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the voice of the customer, handling inquiries, reviews, and complaints while ensuring an exceptional experience across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, find solutions, and improve customer satisfaction continuously.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer complaints, delivering professional and cheerful support.

Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms including Google Business, Google Play, and the App Store.

Initiate follow-up calls for unresolved or unclear inquiries.

Provide customers with real-time updates regarding booking status and confirmations.

Address and resolve complaints escalated from frontline support and social media platforms.

Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve complex customer issues.

Perform root cause analysis and ensure long-term solutions are implemented.

Maintain accurate complaint logs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in customer service.

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Comfortable working in a multicultural, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
