Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Executive to deliver high-quality client support and project coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong CRM knowledge, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively through each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze client requirements to provide tailored solutions through effective communication.

  • Utilize internal tools and resources to deliver clear, accurate, and concise information to clients.

  • Resolve project-related issues within designated timelines and offer actionable recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized customer database with detailed interaction records.

  • Collaborate with senior management to stay aligned with updated policies, procedures, and new product developments.

  • Identify and troubleshoot project challenges to ensure successful execution and timely delivery.

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience as a customer service executive or representative in a client-facing role.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tools to manage and enhance the client experience.

  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and telephone handling skills.

  • Confident presentation abilities to explain processes and solutions effectively.

  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
