We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Customer Experience (CX) Consultant to join our dynamic logistics and shipping team in Dubai. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals with a family book and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong office-based background with experience in handling customer communications across multiple channels including email, phone, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing the full shipment lifecycle including inland delivery coordination.

Ensure timely and effective communication by resolving customer queries through Outlook, Teams, and other communication tools.

Proactively track shipments, identify deviations, and offer solutions or alternatives to customers.

Understand customer needs, supply chain demands, and provide personalized service aligned with Maersk’s product offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics execution and high service levels.

Continuously seek ways to improve processes and customer experience through feedback and performance metrics.

Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with customer expectations and service agreements.
Requirements:

UAE National with Family Book (Mandatory)

1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other office tools.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.

Adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong ownership and accountability with a focus on delivering results.
