🔍 About the Role:

We are seeking a polished and personable Client Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face and key operational support in a luxury aesthetic or wellness clinic. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-end, client-focused setting and can seamlessly blend customer service, front desk operations, and post-treatment care — including light makeup application using professional products.

As the first and last point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a five-star client journey from arrival to departure, while also supporting internal medical and aesthetic teams behind the scenes.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Reception Duties

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all clients

• Coordinate appointments, payments, and client follow-ups

• Ensure front-of-house areas are spotless, serene, and well-stocked

• Offer refreshments and manage retail displays and inventory

• Bridge communication between clients and medical/aesthetic staff

• Contribute suggestions to elevate the client experience

Operational Support

• Assist with light admin and coordination tasks as needed

• Support the team with imaging, documentation, and inventory tracking

• Maintain alignment with brand values and aesthetics

• Step in to support during peak hours or staff absences

Post-Treatment Care & Makeup Application

• Apply light, natural makeup post-treatment using medical-grade products

• Ensure clients feel confident and comfortable before they leave

• Follow the highest hygiene standards for tools and products

• Background in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries (medical assistant experience a plus)

• High-end customer service skills and a professional appearance

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities

• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

• Flexible to occasionally support outside regular working hours

• Adaptable and culturally aware with a team-player mindset

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and always willing to learn and support where needed
