The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer or blogger inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

Handle and resolve complaints effectively to maintain client satisfaction.

Provide detailed and accurate information regarding our products and services.

Maintain and update customer and blogger records accurately within CRM systems.

Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate management level.

Consistently strive to achieve a high level of customer or blogger satisfaction.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards during all interactions.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Prior experience in customer service is highly advantageous.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Must be fluent in both English and Urdu.
