Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role involves providing outstanding service and support to our clients and bloggers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer or blogger inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

  • Handle and resolve complaints effectively to maintain client satisfaction.

  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding our products and services.

  • Maintain and update customer and blogger records accurately within CRM systems.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate management level.

  • Consistently strive to achieve a high level of customer or blogger satisfaction.

  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards during all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Prior experience in customer service is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Positive, customer-first attitude.

  • Must be fluent in both English and Urdu.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Active listening skills

  • Time management and multitasking capability
