Job Title: Customer Activation & Sales Planning Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and disciplined Customer Activation & Sales Planning Executive to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring excellent in-store execution and business alignment. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, data-centric, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities including stakeholder coordination, promotion planning, and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal counterparts.

Drive the right promotional mix and activations through effective planning and investment management.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks aligned with customer and business needs.

Monitor in-store execution and ensure consistent product availability.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business goals and customer expectations are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and execution.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to make insights-based decisions.
