Manaseer Natural Green (MNG) is a leader in sustainable agriculture, specializing in the production of 100% natural fertilizers that promote healthier soils and crops. As we expand our operations in the UAE, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Crop Adviser to provide expert agronomic support to our clients. This is a hybrid, full-time position requiring both fieldwork and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plant nutrition, soil science, and sustainable farming practices, along with a strong commitment to customer service. You will be responsible for advising growers, conducting field visits and trials, and ensuring that MNG’s natural products are effectively implemented to maximize crop performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Crop Advisory & Agronomic Support:

• Provide expert recommendations on soil health, plant nutrition, irrigation, pest control, and overall crop management.

• Conduct regular field visits to assess crop performance and recommend tailored agronomic solutions.

• Implement and monitor customized crop plans suited to regional conditions.

• Lead and document field trials demonstrating the effectiveness of MNG’s products.

• Stay informed on agronomic innovations, climate impacts, and regional challenges to proactively support clients.

Client Training & Relationship Building:

• Deliver ongoing technical support throughout the crop cycle.

• Organize and lead training workshops, field demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Build lasting relationships with growers and stakeholders while collecting feedback to enhance product development.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of field activities, diagnostics, and trial data.

• Prepare clear and concise reports on crop performance and agronomic findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in crop advising, particularly in arid or semi-arid agricultural environments.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an asset.

• Deep understanding of regional crops and farming systems across the UAE and GCC.

• Excellent field assessment and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools (e.g., mapping or GPS-based software).

• Willingness to travel across the region and internationally when required.
